3. Responsibilities

3.1 Our Responsibilities

To connect eligible candidates with suitable job opportunities
To schedule interviews as per client availability
To provide transparent communication regarding job roles, salary, and work conditions (as shared by the client)
To maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information

3.2 Candidate Responsibilities

To provide accurate and genuine personal, educational, and professional information
To attend interviews on time and follow company rules
To submit valid and original documents during documentation
To maintain professional conduct throughout the hiring process

Any false information may result in cancellation of services without refund.

4. Payment Mode & Charges

4.1 Payment Mode

Payments can be made through the following modes:

Cash
UPI
Bank Transfer
Other digital payment methods as informed by the company

All payments should be made only to authorized representatives of Dream Placement Solutions.

4.2 Payment Terms

Consultancy or service charges (if applicable) must be paid as per agreed terms
Fees once paid are non-transferable
Payment confirmation is mandatory to proceed with services

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

If a candidate is selected in any interview or process, no refund will be provided under any circumstances
If a candidate chooses not to join after selection, the consultancy fee will remain non-refundable
If a candidate withdraws from the process midway, no refund shall be applicable
Refunds (if any) are subject to management approval and written confirmation

6. Privacy Policy & Data Security

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data.
All documents, resumes, and personal details shared with us are kept safe and secure
Candidate information is used only for recruitment, training, and placement purposes
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with unauthorized third parties
Data is shared only with employers or trainers for job-related or training processes with candidate consent
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information.

7. Confidentiality Policy

All client and candidate information is treated as confidential

Unauthorized sharing, misuse, or disclosure of data is strictly prohibited

8. Limitation of Liability

Dream Placement Solutions acts as a facilitator between candidates, trainees, and employers. Final hiring decisions, salary structure, job role, training outcome, and company policies are solely at the discretion of the employer or training partner.

We are not responsible for:

Employer or trainer decisions
Job role or training structure changes
Salary delays or internal company policies

9. Changes to Policies

Dream Placement Solutions reserves the right to modify, update, or change these terms and policies at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
